Lease for Life units are made available to residents wishing to make permanent accommodation arrangements on a self-funded basis as and when they are available.

Rental Units

Brunswick River Cottages accommodation is provided to members of the community with a low-income status. Please read more about Eligibility below to confirm you may make an application.

​

If you are currently a Homeswest tenant you may submit an application for consideration by the Committee.

​

It is important that you are able to prove your identity and provide proof of income for yourself and your partner/co-applicant when lodging your application.  This is important as household income is taken into consideration when assessing the amount of rent to be paid.
