Lease for Life

Lease for Life units boast a modern open plan layout  with three bedrooms and two bathrooms featuring a spacious country living alfresco made available to residents wishing to make permanent accommodation arrangements on a self-funded basis.

Over time, it is planned to increase the number of units to a total of 41, (8 Lease for Life and 33 rentals) to maintain a quaint and enjoyable community.

All Lease for Life units are accessible, and may be adapted to accommodate aids such as hallway rails and other mobility equipment as required.

• Purchase price                 $275,000 (correct at June 2019)

• Deposit                            $5,000 for 21 days

• Deposit is non-refundable after 21 days (with the exception of extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the Committee)

• Keys to the house upon settlement (final payment)

• On-going fortnightly Operating Services Fee

• Refund conditions are percentage based – plateauing at 5 + years

95% returned after 1 year

90% refund after 2 years

85% refund after 3 years

80% returned after 4 years

75% returned after 5 years +
